少精子症是指精液中的精子数目低于正常具有生育能力男性的一种病症,国际卫生组织规定男性的精子在每毫升不低于2千万,如果低于2千万就归为少精子症,生育方面就会有很大影响。
概述
一般将少精症分为特发性少精症、原发性少精症和继发性少精症。特发性少精症占不育症人群的11%-15%。
如果再细分的话,就是小于2千万,大于1千万之间,称为轻度少精子症,如果小于1千万,大于500万,称为中度,如果小于500万就称为重度少精子症,如果说在高倍视野下只能发现几个精子,或者离心后才能看见几个精子就非常少了,称为严重的少精子症。现今一般都是使用中药苗岭生精散进行治疗

少 精子症常见的原因是睾丸产生精子的功能差,产生精子数少。这种人的睾丸体积小,摸上去质地也很软;还有些少精子症病人睾丸是正常的,能产生足够的精子,只 是输送精子的管道不完全通畅,不能全部排出去,从而造成少精子症。还有少数年轻人是由于性生活过频。他们误认为增加性生活次数,生育机会就多,与愿望相违 的是却造成了少精子症。
特发性
特发性精子减少,长期大量注射雄激素,由于负反馈作用使下丘脑促性腺激素释放激素减少而导致促性腺激素分泌降低,导致精子减少或缺乏;
药物影响
药物影响,可直接或间接影响精子生成,如磺胺类药、呋喃坦啶、安体舒通、环磷酰胺、氨甲蝶吟、秋水仙碱;
放射线照射
放射线照射,对幼稚细胞,包括生精上皮最为敏感,可使精子细胞分裂迟滞或停止,甚或造成不可逆性破坏;
男性疾病影响
比如男性的精索静脉曲张。睾丸异常等等。这些疾病的存在就会直接影响到男性的精子。睾丸异常为影响到睾丸生产精子的能力。精索静脉曲张会导致阴囊受损,伤害阴囊内部的精子,而且精索静脉曲张也会影响到睾丸。
男性染色体异常
染色体异常是天生的基因突变,可能是上一代遗传的结果。染色体异常造成精子量少在临床上也是常见。
生殖系统感染
比如泌尿系统受到感染,附属腺体受到感染等等,病菌会影响到精子,造成精子死亡,或是精子数量减少。
自身免疫
男性身体存在的抗精子抗体会杀死精子,使精子的数量大大减少。
其它因素
其它因素,酒精中毒,吸烟过度,毒品均可抑制精子产生;人体的情绪,阴囊一直处在高温的地方,或是长期受到放射性物质影响等等都会造成男性少精
4精子生成障碍
青春期前患腮腺炎,并发睾丸炎,可使生精细胞受损害,影响生精功能,从而影响生育能力。单侧隐睾可减少一半的生精功能。精索静脉曲张可造成睾丸血液循环不畅和组织缺氧,使精子量减少,活力降低,畸形精子增多,导致不育;治疗少、弱精子症
阴囊降温睾丸中专门用来制造精子的曲精管对温度变化非常敏感,这个部位适宜温度比人体体温要低2~3℃,过热抑制精子的生存和成熟,造成精液中精子数量减少或活动能力降低。
内分泌失调者可通过调节内分泌来改善精子,根据不同情况,可采用肌注尿促性激素、绒毛膜性激素、十一希酸睾酮等方法。
微量元素锌、维生素E的缺乏也是引起少精的重要原因。缺锌者可服用硫酸锌片补锌,但因锌属重金属,补锌太多也会影响精子的发育。补充维生素E可通过服用珍珠粉等来实现,因为珍珠粉中维生素E及各种微量元素、氨基酸的含量十分丰富。
此外,少精症者还应减少精神压力,放松心情,平时可服用一些补肾中药,不宜用大燥大热之品,不抽烟,这样不少不育者是能达到怀孕目的的。
补充锌、硒治疗: 锌元素可以维持和助长男性性技能、提高精子数量。缺锌会使男性性激素分 泌减少,从而使性功能不全、睾丸缩小,从而影响精子的生成、成熟,最终使得精子数目减少、活力下降精液液化延迟。硒元素是精浆中过氧化物酶的重要组成部 分,当精液中硒元素含量降低时,这个酶的活性就降低,不能抑制精子细胞膜脂质过氧化反应,造成精子损伤,死精增多,活性下降。如果食补的效果不很好。应当 选择高效易吸收又安全没有副作用的补锌剂进行补充,决不可大意。新稀宝、育之缘等比较理想
